Hey! So Glad You're Here.

My name is Ashley Beth and I am a professor, a dog trainer, a freelance writer, and a major book enthusiast. I created this website so I could write about the books I read throughout the year with the hope that fellow book enthusiasts will contribute.

As an educator, I was privileged to be able to travel around the world and have lived in South Korea and Indonesia. I've also travelled to a number of other countries, including China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

 

But my most extensive travel has been through books, which can take you to places you've never imagined before. The magic of words has always enthralled me and like many others, I find picking up a great book can be an escape into another world.

So, with my passion for reading and writing, I wanted to begin a blog. I hope you enjoy my casual musings on the books I read over the next year, and hopefully beyond.
